What are Fast Facts?

Fast Facts are the means of quickly and easily requesting information about any number of products you have read about or seen advertised in the published magazine, or on the web site. It saves you having to contact each company separately, and then having to find the right person or department to deal with your enquiry.
How does it work?

Quickly!  Your enquiries are sent by e-mail to each of the companies you have selected. If you have used the web site your enquiries are immediately sent directly to each company. We have of course already checked with each company that we are sending e-mail's to the correct address for dealing with enquiries about the product you have selected.

If you have faxed or posted a Fast Facts card to us from within the magazine then as soon as it is received the details are entered into the same system and e-mailed onto the companies selected.

We send your name, address and e-mail address to each of the companies you have requested information from.
How will I get a reply?

That will vary with each company. Some may respond to you via e-mail confirming that they have received your enquiry, some may send details via e-mail and others will write to you. Expat Investor is not involved once we have e-mailed your enquiries.
Privacy

Please note that when we e-mail your Fast Facts enquiry to a company, we specifically ask on your behalf that they do not release your details to any other third party.
So what do I do?

You have three choices on the web site.

Web Site Fast Facts
On each of the news or advertisers pages you will see a list of companies mentioned within the article. If you would like to receive more information from any of these companies, simple click the check box beside their name. If you wish to receive information from all companies, then simple click in the "All Companies" box.

When you have have finished reading the article and wish to move on or read another, simply press the SUBMIT REQUESTS button. This will store your requests until you have finished reading other articles or wish to leave the site.

When you have finished, click the SIGN OFF button. You will see a complete list of all the items you have expressed an interest in. If you wish to deselect any, simply uncheck the check box.

Complete the contact form. If you have previously used the Fast Facts service and allowed us to place a cookies onto your computer, the form should be completed - please ensure that the contact information is correct.

When you are happy, simply press the SEND button and we will do the rest.

Express Fast Facts
If you want to request information from the current issue of the magazine but don't want to go through the web site finding each company then select the 'Express Fast Facts' option.

A full list of companies mentioned or advertising in the current issue will be displayed - choose the products of interest to you, complete or check the contact form and then press the SEND button.

Magazine Fast Facts
You can also use the web site instead of the Fast Facts cards in the magazine. This option also allows you to request information from any issue of the magazine, including the current one, but you need to know the Fast Facts numbers (found in the magazine). This option is accessed by selecting 'Magazine Fast Facts'.
